We examine disputes between consumers and financial market participants, arising from loan, deposit, insurance and investment agreements as well as agreements on other financial services, impartially and free of charge.

Disputes are settled at the Bank of Lithuania in accordance with the Rules for the Out-of-Court Procedure of Settlement of the Disputes between Consumers and Financial Market Participants in the Bank of Lithuania.
