Marius Skuodis started his professional career in 2008 at the Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania. From 2012 to 2018 he held different positions at Lietuvos bankas: Marius Skuodis started working as a Senior Specialist at the International Relations Department and, from 2015, held the position of Director of the International Relations Department. From 2018 to 2020, he served as Vice-Minister of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania and from 2020 to 2024 as Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania. He also taught at Vilnius University for several years.
Marius Skuodis holds a PhD in Social Science (Political Science) and MA in European Studies from Vilnius University, as well as an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
