The European Banking Authority is carrying out a detailed review of the Capital Requirements Directive and Regulation in terms of the provision of banking information and implementation of new and updated technical standards; therefore, the contents and periodicity of information to be provided by banks is subject to change. Taking into account these changes, we plan to draw up a reporting calendar for central credit unions.
To the Bank of Lithuania, credit unions must submit:
- Financial statements and supervisory reports – following the end of each quarter, by day 7 of each month
- Audited annual financial statements, approved by the general meeting of the members – following the end of the year, no later than within 5 business days following the general meeting of the members.
