Reports on the activities of consumer credit providers are submitted using a certificate, provided by the Bank of Lithuania, by logging in to the reporting system (the link will be inactive without a certificate).
If you have not started operating since the date of inclusion to the Public List of Consumer Credit Providers, you can simply indicate zeros in the report and submit the report without a certificate, by sending it to tl.bl@dkv together with a comment that you are not engaged in such an activity and have not granted consumer credits. If the Bank of Lithuania does not receive such a comment at the above-named email address, it is considered that no report on the consumer credit activity has been submitted to the Bank of Lithuania.
Information on last year’s average asset value for the calculation of supervisory fees
Once a year, information on the average value of the consumer credit provider’s total assets in the last calendar year must be submitted by 2 May. The average annual asset value must be calculated as a simple average of the value of total assets for the four quarters of the last calendar year (paragraph 7.2 of the Regulations on the Provision of Mandatory Information by Consumer Credit Providers and Peer-to-Peer Lending Platform Operators to the Bank of Lithuania). This information should be provided via the electronic reporting system, by attaching it to a quarterly report, or in writing by sending it to the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania at Žalgirio g. 90, 09303 Vilnius and via email at tl.bl@dkv.
Information about changes
The consumer credit provider must immediately provide information to the Supervisory Authority of the Bank of Lithuania about any changes in the circumstances that existed at the time of entering the person on the Public List of Consumer Credit Providers, as well as in documents, data and/or information as soon as such changes occur.
