Permission issued to UAB “Novus Asset Management” to include a subordinated loan in Tier II capital
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania issued permission to UAB “Novus Asset Management” to include the 6-year subordinated loan of LTL 30 thousand received from Andriejus Paleičikas into Tier II capital of UAB “Novus Asset Management”.
As indicated by UAB “Novus Asset Management”, the capital base is strengthened with a subordinated loan in order to ensure compliance with the company’s capital adequacy ratio.
UAB “SEB investicijų valdymas” will be able to amend the full and simplified prospectuses of two investment funds managed by it
The Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania issued permission to amend the full and simplified prospectuses of two investment funds managed by UAB “SEB investicijų valdymas” – “SEB aktyviai valdomas fondų portfelis 100” and “SEB aktyviai valdomas fondų portfelis 60”.
The amendments to prospectuses are related to the update of performance results of UAB “SEB investicijų valdymas” for 2011, change of the supervisory authority and provision of additional information on the restrictions on the distribution of units in certain jurisdictions and to certain persons.
UAB “SEB investicijų valdymas” currently manages two harmonised collective investment undertakings, two supplementary voluntary pension accumulation funds and three pension funds for the accumulation of a part of state social insurance contributions.
Public lists of consumer credit lenders and their intermediaries supplemented
The Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania included UAB “Prime Leasing” in the public list of consumer credit lenders.
The Supervision Service also decided to include nine intermediaries of the consumer credit lender UAB “LATEKO LIZINGAS” into the public list of consumer credit intermediaries.
The supplemented public lists of consumer credit lenders and consumer credit intermediaries are published on the Bank of Lithuania website.
