UADBB “TF Broker” coordinated the amendments to its articles of association related to the increase of the authorised capital
The Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania agreed with the amendments to the articles of association of UADBB “TF Broker” related to the increase of the authorised capital from LTL 80,000 to LTL 200,000.
The public list of consumer credit intermediaries amended
The Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania included 1 new consumer credit intermediary of the consumer credit lender UAB “Šiaulių banko lizingas”, 7 new consumer credit intermediaries of the consumer credit lender BIGBANK AS branch, 30 new consumer credit intermediaries of the consumer credit lender UAB “General Financing” and 4 new consumer credit intermediaries of the consumer credit lender UAB “LATEKO LIZINGAS” in the public list of consumer credit intermediaries.
Two consumer credit intermediaries of the consumer credit lender UAB “General Financing” were removed from the public list of consumer credit intermediaries.
The supplemented list is published on the website of the Bank of Lithuania.
