Lithuania’s financial accounts for Q3 2019
Debt securities issued by non-financial corporations at the end of Q3 2019 amounted to €1,218 million. Over the past five years their issuance increased more than 12 times (€99 million in Q3 2014).
The rest of the world (non-residents) is the largest investor in non-financial corporation debt securities. At the end of Q3 2019, their investments amounted to €876 million, which amounted to 72% of all debt securities issued by non-financial corporations.
