  25 September 2009     BALANCE OF PAYMENTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA, Q2 AND H1 2009   Current account. In Q2 2009, there was a small deficit of LTL 36.6 million accounting for 0.2% of GDP on the Current Account of Lithuania‘s Balance of Payments. Compared to Q1 2009, negative change in the Current Account Balance made up LTL 124.7 million, but was positive compared to Q2 2008, making up LTL 4.4 billion. In H1 of the current year, the surplus on the Current Account Balance was LTL 51.4 million or 0.1% of GDP.
