European Supervisory Authorities (European Banking Authority, European Securities and Markets Authority, European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority) are organising a joint virtual event Consumers in a digital world, what have we learnt? dedicated to consumer protection issues. The event will take place on 7-8 October 2021.
Jekaterina Govina, Director of the Financial Market Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania, will take part in a discussion on the accelerated digitalisation of financial services – what risks and opportunities for consumers arise from technological innovation, which is transforming financial services at an unprecedented speed by facilitating new business models and services. The discussion will take place on 8 October (11:00-12:15 CET).
