Publishing of electronic money institutions’ key performance indicators:

  • Each electronic money institution’s key performance indicators are published no later than within 75 days from the end of each quarter.
  • Each electronic money institution’s annual performance indicators are updated on the basis of the data of the audited annual set of financial statements, approved by the general meeting of shareholders, and are published by 1 July.

Key performance indicators of electronic money institutions:

Since 2016, the Bank of Lithuania has been publishing on a quarterly basis each electronic money institution’s key performance indicators – the overall average outstanding electronic money, total turnover of payment transactions performed over the past 12 months, debt to natural and legal persons for outstanding electronic money and payment services provided, income related to electronic money issuance and provision of payment services, prudential ratios (own funds requirement and own funds value), information on compliance with them, etc. Each electronic money institution’s annual financial indicators are updated on the basis of the data of the audited annual set of financial statements, approved by the general meeting of shareholders.
