The surveys allow assessing the financial health of key economic and financial sector participants, reasons behind their activities and risks, as well as provide important information necessary for maintaining financial stability.

Survey of the Real Estate Market Participants
The Survey of the Real Estate Market Participants aims to monitor and assess real estate market trends and participants’ expectations. Sustainable development within the real estate market is crucial to maintaining stability of the domestic financial system. The Survey reflects the market participants’ opinion on real estate prices and their development, indicates segments that record the most considerable real estate price changes, reveals potential reasons behind price dynamics, and reflects the expectations of the real estate market participants regarding future developments in prices or supply and demand. The Survey is conducted on a quarterly basis, and its Review is published biannually – in the spring and autumn.

Survey of Risks to Lithuania’s Financial System
The goal of the Survey of Risks to Lithuania’s Financial System is to assess the views of Lithuania’s financial system participants towards stability of the financial system and potential challenges to its future sustainable development. Potential threats and likelihood of their fruition are assessed by representatives of banks, insurance corporations, investment funds and other financial institutions. The Review of the Survey is published on a biannual basis.
Bank Lending Survey
The Bank Lending Survey of commercial banks and foreign bank branches operating in Lithuania is aimed at obtaining more information on credit standards applied, non-interest related credit terms and conditions for households and enterprises, contributions to their development, credit demand, and bank expectations. The Review of the Survey is published on a quarterly basis.
Survey of Enterprises
The survey of non-financial corporations aims to obtain information on the trends in the financial standing and operations of enterprises, assess their demand for financial resources, changes in borrowing from credit and other financial institutions, and developments in credit standards. The Review of the Survey is published on a biannual basis – in the spring and autumn.

Monitoring of the financial health of households with loans and permanent analysis of data on households are important in assessing the operating risk of credit institutions and examining the situation in and stability of the financial system. The Survey presents data on the volume of loans taken by households, the type of loans extended (housing, consumer, etc.), the initial amount of loans, their maturity, etc. The Survey is conducted once a year – in the spring.
