1. The Board decided to issue permission to the joint-stock company of the Republic of Latvia RIETUMU BANKA to operate a representative office in the Republic of Lithuania.

The permission to the Latvian joint-stock company RIETUMU BANKA to establish a representative office was granted by the Bank of Lithuania on 3 July 2003 and the representative office of the bank was registered at the State Enterprise Centre of Registers on 22 July 2003.

The Bank of Latvia granted a licence to engage in credit institution activities to the joint-stock company RIETUMU BANKA on 5 May 1992.The authorised capital of the bank is LVL 20,346,375 or LTL 106,061,583.6 (at the exchange rate of 2 June 2002.

2. The Board decided to issue permission to Palangos credit union to register changes in its Articles of Association approved at the General Meeting of 18 June 2003.The changes are related to the change of address of the main office of the credit union.

3. The Board decided to issue licences to perform operations to Naftininkų credit union and credit union “Verslo gija”.

Naftininkų credit union is a credit institution of natural persons - employees of the joint-stock company Mazeikiu Nafta and the members of the Trade Union of the joint-stock company Mazeikiu Nafta - established on a voluntary and co-operative basis.In addition to natural persons, one legal person, the Trade Union of the joint-stock company Mazeikiu Nafta, is also a member of Naftininkų credit union.

Credit union “Verslo gija” is a credit institution of natural persons that belong to the National Association of Businessmen and Business Organisations registered at Vilnius City Municipality on 14 August 2002 established on a voluntary and co-operative basis.
