Margarita is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Nottingham University. She obtained her PhD from Boston College. Her research interests include housing markets, housing finance and its interrelation with business cycles and monetary policy, as well as macroprudential policies and their effect on the real economy, financial stability and welfare.
