Filippo is an Economist at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. He obtained his PhD at the Graduate Institute of Geneva. He held several research positions at a number of international organisations and economic institutions, such as the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the European Central Bank (ECB), the United Nation Commission for Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO). His main research interests are in the fields of international macroeconomics, banking and monetary policy.
