The Bank of Lithuania macroeconomic projections are the result of macroeconometric modelling and expert assessment. In making projections, a structural macroeconomic model is applied, which is created and updated by the Economics Department of the Bank of Lithuania. The model-based projections are then updated, taking into account expert judgement on structural changes and the latest available information on the forthcoming economic shocks. The publication is prepared on a quarterly basis.
