The Bank of Lithuania has granted UAB Paystra a payment institution licence authorising to offer certain payment services provided for in the Republic of Lithuania Law on Payments. Having secured a payment institution licence, the company will offer incoming payments processing and payment services to electronic businesses.
100% of the company’s capital belongs to UAB European Payments, which is managed by an Icelandic holding company.
