Lietuvos bankas has issued a binding instruction to the electronic money institution UAB Monavate not to provide financial services to KPTRS Investments Limited, Amnis Europe AG, ConnexPay Ireland Limited, Brighty Digital UAB, Kulipa SAS and Immersve UK Ltd. directly or through these companies, including the distribution of payment cards issued by UAB Monavate, customer acquisition, the establishment of business relationship with these customers, and customer service.
The instruction takes effect on 29 December 2025. This means that from this date until a separate decision is made, UAB Monavate will not be able to provide services to its customers through the aforementioned companies.
Lietuvos bankas has also obliged UAB Monavate to properly inform its customers about this decision. The institution must ensure that customers who will be affected by the restrictions will be promptly provided with relevant information on what steps they need to take to transfer their available funds to other accounts, how long it will take for the institution to respond to their questions or requests, and where and how to contact for additional questions.
Lietuvos bankas invites all concerned customers of UAB Monavate, who have any further questions or concerns, to contact the institution directly using the contact details provided in the notification on restrictions (if no such notification has been received or no contact details are provided therein, the customers should use the official contact details of the institution).
