The Board of the Bank of Lithuania nominates a new candidate to be AB bankas SNORAS bankruptcy administrator
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania decided to nominate for consideration by the Vilnius District Court a new candidate to be AB bankas SNORAS bankruptcy administrator – Neil Cooper, Chief Partner of the consultancy company Zolfo Cooper Europe.
The decision to propose an administrator who has an international experience was made after consultations with the creditors’ representatives.
When the Vilnius District Court makes the ruling on the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings and appoints the bankruptcy administrator, the powers of AB bankas SNORAS temporary administrator Simon Vincent Freakley will end.
