Mandatory tender offer circular of AB “Snaigė” approved

The Bank of Lithuania approved the mandatory tender offer circular submitted by UAB “VAIDANA” (Lithuania) with the intent to buy up the remaining ordinary registered shares of AB “Snaigė” at the price of EUR 0.54 (fifty four euro cents) per share.
