Balance of Payments of the Republic of Lithuania December 2018
Today, the Bank of Lithuania published the balance of payments data for December 2018, which shows that the €213.9 million surplus on the current account balance resulted from the positive balances of services, primary and secondary income, which were not offset by the negative foreign trade balance. According to preliminary estimates, in 2018 the surplus on the current account balance amounted to €478.6 million, or 1.1% of GDP.
