For reports not submitted on time — notices for twelve consumer credit drawers
The Bank of Lithuania's Supervision Service decided to warn twelve consumer credit drawers regarding late reports of the first quarter of 2013. Notices were given to the following consumer credit drawers: MCB Finance, UAB, UAB Sostinės kreditai, UAB SOSCREDIT, UAB SMS Finance group, UAB Prime Leasing, Creditstar Lithuania, UAB, UAB Sving Finance, UAB Dolce kreditas, UAB Baudų administratorius, UAB Kreditas5000, UAB AUKSLITAS ir UAB SAKSET.
According to the rules of provision of information to the Bank of Lithuania by consumer credit drawers, the companies had to submit the Q1 2013 activity reports by 2 May; however, the warned companies were late in submitting them by 26–43 days.
According to Article 35 of the Law on Consumer Credit, the Supervision Service posts publically, on its website, in regards to the breaching of this Law’s provisions 30 calendar days after making the decision.
