Publication of revised data on foreign direct investment by the ultimate investing country
A revision of data on the balance of payments and national accounts was carried out across all countries of the European Union in 2024 under the coordination of Eurostat and the European Central Bank. Data on foreign direct investment (FDI) by the ultimate investing country were also revised to have harmonised macroeconomic statistics. Data revision covers the period from 2020 to 2022.
Revised detailed data on FDI by the ultimate investing country and data of 2023 are published on the website of Lietuvos bankas under External Statistics, section “Direct Investment”.
