The Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania gave permission to approve the rules, full and simplified prospectuses of open type special alternative investment fund “Finasta Sigma” created by UAB “Finasta Asset Management”. Besides, UAB “Finasta Asset Management” was allowed to conclude the contract for depository services with AB SEB bankas.
The purpose of “Finasta Sigma” fund is to seek long-term growth of the value of the investment fund unit under various stages of development of the global economy by actively investing into rationally diversified investment portfolio and assuming high level of risk.
Currently UAB “Finasta Asset Management” manages three pension funds for the accumulation of a part of the state social insurance contribution, two pension funds for voluntary pension accumulation and seven investment funds.
