1. The results of the inspection of the credit union “Mėmelio taupomoji kasa”, which took place on 17-21 December 2005, were considered.
It was resolved to warn the credit union about deficiencies and violations in its operation, and to oblige it to remove the operating deficiencies indicated in the inspection report by 30 December 2005.
The credit union was also obliged to submit monthly, by the 10th day the current month, its balance sheet as well as the information on loan classification and calculation of specific provisions to the Bank of Lithuania.
2. A request from AB bankas “Snoras” to appoint Mr Jaan Kuks permanent Director of the Bank’s representative office in Tallinn was considered and the resolution not to object to this appointment was adopted.

3. The Board discussed the results of the inspection of Ūkio Bankas carried out from 30 August to 30 September 2005.
The Board resolved to oblige the Bank to remove the legal violations and deficiencies in its operation indicated in the inspection report by 1 March 2006. Also, the Board resolved to submit proposals to the Bank’s Supervisory Board to take measures to reduce the risk.
