1. On supervisory inspection of AB Siauliu bankas and assessment results thereof. The Board of the Bank of Lithuania, taking into account the inspection results
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania, taking into account the inspection results, that was carried at AB Siauliu bankas on 25 June - 18 July 2008, instructed AB Siauliu bankas to remove all the drawbacks in its operations indicated in the inspection report by 1 December 2008.
2. On the results of inspection, supervisory review and assessment of AB Snoro bankas.
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania, taking into account legal violations and drawbacks discovered during the inspection that was carried at ABSnoro bankas on 11 June-11 July 2008, instructed ABSnoro bankas to work out a plan of measures for the removal of legal violations and drawbacks in the bank's operations and submit it to the Supervision Department of the Bank of Lithuania.
Also, ABSnoro bankas was instructed to remove the violations of legal acts and deficiencies in its operation indicated in the inspection report by 1 December 2008.
3. On permission to Vilnius branch of the German bank Bayerishe Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG to stop its operations.
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania decided to allow Vilnius branch of the German bank Bayerishe Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG to stop its operations.
The decision was taken after considering the request by the head of Vilnius branch of the German bank Bayerishe Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG and supporting documentation.
4. On the Report on the Implementation of the Primary Objective of the Bank of Lithuania, Performance of its Functions and the Situation in the Banking System.
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania decided to approve the Report on the Implementation of the Primary Objective of the Bank of Lithuania, Performance of its Functions and the Situation in the Banking System in September 2008.
Reports on the Implementation of the Primary Objective of the Bank of Lithuania, Performance of its Functions and the Situation in the Banking System are presented to the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania twice a year. They are presented by the Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania.
