Invitation for reporters: the discussion with the participation of IMF Managing Director Christine Legarde
On Thursday, 18 July, 10 AM, the Small Aula (Hall) of Vilnius University (accessed through main entrance of Vilnius University central campus, Universiteto g. 3, Vilnius) will host the discussion “European Economic Integration: Taking Stock of Challenges and Opportunities“. The Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Christine Lagarde, Member of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank, Jörg Asmussen, Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, Vitas Vasiliauskas, and the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, Rimantas Šadžius, will all participate in this event.
The expected duration of the event — 1 h. 15 min.
Media representatives who wish to participate in this event are asked to register until Wednesday, 17 July, 11 AM by e-mail: tl.bl@aidem, providing their name, surname and title of the media outlet that they represent.
Since security measures will be tightened and security check will be performed at the event at Vilnius University, we recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes early. Please have your I.D. ready and do not bring any large bags, briefcases, backpacks, sharp objects, beverages, etc.
The event will be broadcasted live on LRT television.
