The Bank of Lithuania informs that Vilnius Regional Court has extended the deadline for submitting claims against UAB PAYRNET until 4 January 2024.
Bankruptcy proceedings were instituted against UAB PAYRNET on 13 November 2023. Customers who still have not settled with UAB PAYRNET can lodge their claims to the
Insolvency Administrator Vaidas Verenius by 4 January 2024 at Erfurto g. 30, Vilnius, Lithuania; phone +370 656 07170.
According to the information provided by PAYRNET UAB, the institution has returned about 97% of the funds to its customers. The company is obliged to transfer the rest of the funds to the insolvency administrator who will take over their management and payments to the customers of the institution. For all questions on the payment terms and procedure, customers are asked to approach the insolvency administrator directly at the above contacts. Please note that the electronic money institution licence of PAYRNET UAB was revoked on 22 June 2023 for serious violations.
