A meeting of the governors of Baltic central banks will take place at the Bank of Lithuania on Tuesday, 30 June. During the meeting, Vitas Vasiliauskas, Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, Ardo Hansson, Governor of the Central Bank of Estonia, and Ilmārs Rimšēvičs, Governor of the Central Bank of Latvia, will discuss the adoption of the euro, preparations for the participation in the banking union, the prospects for economic development as well as other issues.

A brief press conference of the Governors of the Central Banks of the three Baltic States is planned. It will start on 12:15 p. m. at the Museum of the Bank of Lithuania (Totorių g. 2/8, Vilnius).
