Deposits of Lithuanian non-financial corporations with credit institutions contracted

Today, the Bank of Lithuania published the MFI balance sheet for June 2017, which shows that deposits of Lithuanian non-financial corporations with credit institutions contracted by EUR 195.1 million over the month, while household, financial and general government sector deposits increased by EUR 101.7 million, EUR 18.0 million and EUR 16.2 million respectively. Overnight deposits of Lithuanian non-financial corporations with credit institutions contracted by EUR 202.5 million over the month, while those of households grew by EUR 121.6 million. Loans to Lithuanian households, non-financial corporations and general government grew by EUR 83.8 million, EUR 35.3 million and EUR 14.1 million respectively.
