Circular of TeliaSonera AB (publ) for the purchase of TEO LT, AB shares approved
The Bank of Lithuania approved the voluntary tender offer circular by TeliaSonera AB (publ) which intends to buy up remaining (not held by the company which submits the tender offer on the day the application with the AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius to implement the tender offer is filed) ordinary registered shares of AB TEO LT at a price of EUR 0.637 per share.
Permission issued to approve the rules and full prospectus of LORDS LB BALTIC FUND III, an investment fund
The Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania gave permission to approve the rules and full prospectus of LORDS LB BALTIC FUND III, a closed type special real estate investment fund, to be formed by UAB „Lords LB Asset Management“, and allowed to conclude a service agreement with AB SEB bankas.
LORDS LB BALTIC FUND III is a closed type special real estate investment fund. The fund is only for professional investors seeking for a capital gain from investments into real estate objects over a long period and able to tolerate higher than long-term medium risk. The minimum invested amount is EUR 50,000, and restrictions are applied for the sale and redemption of the distributed investment fund units.
Presently, UAB „Lords LB Asset Management“ controls the following four real estate funds: Lords LB Baltic Fund I, Lords LB Opportunity Fund I, Lords LB Baltic Fund II, and Lords LB Opportunity Fund II.
