Credit union “Centrinė taupomoji kasa” was instructed to eliminate shortcomings
The Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania instructed the credit union “Centrinė taupomoji kasa” to remove violations of legal acts and drawbacks in its operations ascertained during the inspection by 30 June 2012 and to notify the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania thereof.
Permission granted to approve the rules of the investment fund “Finasta Sigma”
The Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania gave permission to approve the rules, full and simplified prospectuses of open type special alternative investment fund “Finasta Sigma” created by UAB “Finasta Asset Management”. Besides, UAB “Finasta Asset Management” was allowed to conclude the contract for depository services with AB SEB bankas.
The purpose of “Finasta Sigma” fund is to seek long-term growth of the value of the investment fund unit under various stages of development of the global economy by actively investing into rationally diversified investment portfolio and assuming high level of risk.
Currently UAB “Finasta Asset Management” manages three pension funds for the accumulation of a part of the state social insurance contribution, two pension funds for voluntary pension accumulation and seven investment funds.
Permission issued to invest pension assets of the pension fund “DNB Pensija 1” and investment conditions established
The Board of the Bank of Lithuania allowed UAB “DNB investicijų valdymas” to invest up to 60% of the value of net assets comprising pension assets of the pension fund for the accumulation of a part of the state social insurance contribution “DNB Pensija 1” into transferable securities or money market instruments issued or guaranteed by one issuer – the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
Such permission was issued until 18 April 2015 on condition that such investments would be made into no less than 6 issues of transferable securities or money market instruments and no more than 30 per cent of net assets would be invested into one issue of transferable securities or money market instruments.
UAB “DNB investicijų valdymas” manages 3 second pillar pension funds 2 third pillar pension funds and 2 investment funds.
