Balance of Payments of the Republic of Lithuania November 2018
Today, the Bank of Lithuania published the balance of payments data for November 2018, which shows that the €246.5 million surplus on the current account balance resulted from the positive balances of secondary income and services that were not offset by the negative balances of foreign trade and primary income. With export and import of goods scaling down 2.1% and 8.2% respectively, the deficit on the trade balance decreased 2.5 times, to stand at €125.2 million.
