By the decision of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, the central bank of Lithuania transferred €12.7 million to the state budget from its 2018 profit. A contribution to the state budget is transferred in accordance with the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Bank of Lithuania.
The Bank of Lithuania’s financial performance is presented in the 2018 Financial Statements of the Bank of Lithuania, which has been approved by the Board of the Bank of Lithuania and are published on the Bank of Lithuania website. In 2018 the Bank of Lithuania’s profit amounted to €33.61 million (in 2017 – €31.93 million).
€7.54 million was transferred to the state budget from the profit for 2014, €10.44 million – for 2015, €11.51 million – for 2016, and €11.17 million – for 2017.
