On 20 September, the Bank of Lithuania published revised balance of payments, international investment position and external debt data from Q1 2004
Current account data on manufacturing, construction and insurance services, foreign trade, EU funds, investment fund income, insurance premiums and claims, transfers from EU funds were revised; historical data of technical maintenance and repair services were supplemented. Financial account data on foreign direct investment equity, insurance companies investment portfolio were updated as well; more detailed financial derivative data were published.
The revision of external statistics data complies with the principles of Harmonised European Revision Policy.
