Over one month reserve money went down by LTL 228.6 million, of which currency in circulation and commercial bank balances on correspondent accounts decreased by LTL 70.8 million and LTL 160.8 million, respectively.

Reserve money was pushed down by the net purchase of foreign exchange by commercial banks from the Bank of Lithuania of LTL 395.3 million, and operations of non-residents reduced it by LTL 66.3 million.A factor increasing reserve money by LTL 231.3 million was operations of central government institutions.

Foreign assets went down by LTL 386.2 million in November and central government deposits decreased by LTL 187.0 million.
