Over one month reserve money declined by LTL 380.9 million, of which commercial bank balances on correspondent accounts and currency in circulation decreased respectively by LTL 286.7 million and LTL 135.9 million, while required reserves in foreign currencies and demand deposits of non-banking financial institutions increased by LTL 41.2 million and LTL 3.4 million, respectively. Reserve money was pushed down by LTL 191.8 million owing to operations with central government institutions and net sale of foreign exchange by the Bank of Lithuania of LTL 246.5 million.

Foreign assets went down by LTL 122.8 million over one month, and central government deposits increased by LTL 205.4 million.
