The general procedure for the consideration of applications and claims at the Bank of Lithuania is regulated by the Rules on the Consideration of Applications and Claims and Personal Service at the Bank of Lithuania, approved by Resolution of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania of 8 May 2017 No 03-76 “Regarding the approval of the rules on consideration of applications, claims, notices and personal service at the Bank of Lithuania”. These rules are applied to applications for the implementation of data subjects’ rights to the scope unregulated in the Description of Procedures for the Implementation of Data Subjects’ Rights at the Bank of Lithuania.
