If you are a consumer and you contact Lietuvos bankas in case of failure to comply with the terms of a contract concluded between you and a financial market participant, you should submit an application for the examination of a consumer dispute. More information is available here
If you wish to notify an infringement in order to protect the public interest, especially if you are/were bound to a financial market participant or another institution by a service or employment relationship or a contractual relationship (consultancy, contracting, etc.) and you do not seek an individual dispute examination or other protection of your interests or the interests of another person, you should submit this notification form

Please be informed that an application or complaint filed repeatedly within one year by the same person with Lietuvos bankas on the same issue, which has already been examined by Lietuvos bankas and Lietuvos bankas has provided a reply, is considered to be a repeat application or complaint and will therefore not be examined. We regret to inform you that your complaint cannot be examined because your complaint is considered to be repeat.
