This year the World Investor Week (WIW) will be held on 7–14 October.
The initiative is launched each year by the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
WIW is an investor education initiative designed for anyone interested in investing.

Lietuvos bankas encourages to organise events and activities on 7–14 October as well as raise awareness on investing.
The aim of this year’s WIW is to help Lithuanian residents learn as much as possible about investing, teach them how to compare investment offers and make the best investment decisions, assess risks and gain knowledge on how to enhance their resilience against financial fraud.
