In Q1 2009, a surplus of LTL 81.3 million or 0.4% of GDP was recorded on the Current Account of the Balance of Payments for the first time since 1994. The change on the current account balance (CAB) was positive making up LTL 4.65 billion year on year, and LTL 1.18 billion quarter on quarter.
The above data was released today by the Statistics Department of the Bank of Lithuania.
