The obverse of the coin features Vytis inside a shield on a background of a fragment of the uprising, surrounded by the inscription LIETUVA (LITHUANIA), denomination (50 litas), year of issue (2006), and the mintmark of the Lithuanian Mint.

Reverse

The reverse of the coin features a portrait of Emilija Pliaterytė, heroine of the uprising, surrounded by an inscription of her name and the date 1806–1831.
