The reverse of the coin features a portrait of Radvila Našlaitėlis, with the anniversary of the issue of the map (400), surrounded by the inscriptions PIRMASIS LIETUVOS DIDŽIOSIOS KUNIGAIKŠTYSTĖS ŽEMĖLAPIS (THE FIRST MAP OF THE GRAND DUCHY OF LITHUANIA) and MIKALOJUS KRISTUPAS RADVILA NAŠLAITĖLIS against the background of a map of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, drawn for the first time in Lithuania.
