The reverse of the coin features an extract of a speech delivered by Jonas Basanavičius at the opening of the Great Seimas of Vilnius: UŽ VISUOTINĄ TAUTOS DVASIŠKĄ IR MEDEGIŠKĄ GEROVĘ (FOR THE UNIVERSAL SPIRITUAL AND MATERIAL WELFARE OF THE NATION). Below is a facsimile of his signature. Around the edge of the coin is the inscription DIDYSIS VILNIAUS SEIMAS 100 (GREAT SEIMAS OF VILNIUS 100)
