The Central Bank of Venezuela is carrying out a re-denomination of their local currency bolivar (currency code – VEF), with the entry into circulation of the Bolívar Soberano (currency code – VES). The Bank of Lithuania, as usual, will set the exchange rate of the euro vis-à-vis VEF on 30 July 2018 and covert it on 20 August 2018 with a conversion rate of 100 000 VEF to 1 VES. 01/02/2017 | From 1 February 2017, the Bank of Lithuania will not set the monthly exchange rate of the euro vis-à-vis the Iceland krona (currency code – ISK) as it will be set and announced on a daily basis by the European Central Bank (see Daily euro foreign exchange reference rates (published by the European Central Bank)). This exchange rate will be also available under Euro foreign exchange reference rates formed in accordance with the Law on Accounting. For those using web services, no changes to the systems are required. |
30/01/2017 | From 30 January 2017, the Bank of Lithuania will set the exchange rate of the euro vis-à-vis the Libyan dinar (currency code – LYD) on a monthly basis and announce it under Monthly euro foreign exchange reference rates (published by the Bank of Lithuania). The data will be also formed for accounting purposes and made available under Euro foreign exchange reference rates formed in accordance with the Law on Accounting. |
