Bank of Lithuania

The Services Administration Department is part of the Organisation Service. It accepts queries, requests and complaints from natural and legal persons (the general public, international and local organisations and enterprises) and passes them on to other units that assess and solve the issues raised according to their field of expertise. The department is also responsible for administering Bank of Lithuania archives, editing, translating and formatting Bank of Lithuania publications, publicly accessible information and documents, organising and coordinating publication activities as well as carrying out the obligations related to issuing certain ECB publications in the Lithuanian language. The Services Administration Department takes care of Bank of Lithuania buildings and premises, consistently improves working conditions of the staff, sets up workplaces, takes care of their comfortability and ensures general upkeep. It also manages the canteen that provides catering services for the employees and guests visiting the organisation.
