Jurgita Šaučiūnienė

Jurgita Šaučiūnienė Member of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania

Jurgita Šaučiūnienė started her career at the Bank of Lithuania in 2021, when she became Head of the Finance Division of the Corporate Services Department. From January 2022 she headed the Corporate Services Department. She is the representative of the Bank of Lithuania in the ECB Budget Committee and the Accounting and Monetary Income Committee. Jurgita Šaučiūnienė has previously worked at several major commercial banks, where she headed financial development and accounting units, and has experience in the fintech sector – she held the position of Chief Financial Officer and member of the board in one of the largest specialised banks as well as an electronic money institution.
