Tomas Garbaravičius

Having started his career as Economist at the Bank of Lithuania, Tomas Garbaravičius joined the European Central Bank, specialising in the field of financial stability for nearly a decade. Now, as Member of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, he actively participates in meetings of the ECB Governing Council and committees, settling issues related to financial stability and macroprudential policy, as well as represents the central bank of the Republic of Lithuania at various international economic fora and organisations. At the Bank of Lithuania, Tomas Garbaravičius oversees the field of investment, economics and financial stability.
